Mixing experiences with theories, He continued to study for Masters in Ship management, Diploma in Ship management at LMA UK and Doctorate in Maritime management. He had his MBA for Shipping and Logistics from Middlesex University, UK.

More than seven-years in international ship management experience mixed with international trainings in technical management and shipyard repairs. He has been on-board as Chief Engineer on various types if international vessels from bulk, tankers, cement ships and general cargo ships. He had various experiences in special trainings in database Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS). He is doing lot specialties in engine repairs, Electrical and Electronic repairs and Structural Repairs.
Engr. Philam Alfornon, ReNAME - (Technical & Engineering Consultant)
A registered Naval Architect and Marine Engineer and top-notcher in his board examination with professional accumulating 5 years of various experiences in academics, technical consultations, construction design, ship repair, shipping management and operations. He also did a lot logistical studies, concept designs/constructions intended for logistic operations and ship plan drawings and analysis for the efficient operations.
